NONE PERSONALIZED ORDERS
If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, feel free to send them back. Any unaltered item in its original packaging within 30 days from its delivery date can be accepted for a return. After we receive your return package, we will issue a refund to you. You can also choose to return for a merchant credit or make exchanges.
Ultra Joys has a 100% guarantee policy on the quality and satisfaction of our product line. To maintain our guarantee, all pendants must be sealed with glue after filling. We are not liable for un-sealed, incorrectly glued pendants or lost pendants due to a broken chain.
We apologize but we are unable to offer exchange, return or refunds on any personalized orders. If we incorrectly personalized your order, Ultra Joys will process a free replacement order within the 3 business days period. However, we are unable to exchange items which were produced due to an error made in the original order, such as incorrect typing, changed mind with no notification before order processing etc. Please take extra care when placing your orders on the website. If you discover an error in your order, please contact our customer service department right away so we may be able to assist in correcting the order.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition to insure credit.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your original order number for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) prior to returning any product. We will not accept any returns without prior return authorization.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Free shipping items will occur a 10% restocking fee.
It is recommended that you use USPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. (We cannot be responsible for packages lost on the route to our company.)
REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). Shipping fee is non-refundable.
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
WRONG / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For all defective/wrong items please start a damage claim by contacting:
Please including clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.
We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us, we will response for any shipping cost that caused by our mistake.
Exchange will be made within (3) business days after receipt of package.
Refund will be made within ten (10) business days after receipt of package.
